half a medium onion;
salt and pepper to taste.
How to cook:
Cut each piece of scallop meat in half.
Chop the garlic and onion. Add the chopped vegetables to the hot olive oil and saute for 5 minutes.
Put the meat in the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour in the wine and leave to simmer until completely evaporated. Then carefully add the cream, sprinkle with parsley and grated cheese.
Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and simmer for a few more minutes. Serve the dish hot.
